Anyone who has ever driven I-95 South in North Carolina can attest, there are Billboards - seemingly ever 2 miles - advertising for what sounds like the most amazing place on Earth... JR's Outlet.

You will be happy to know the people are very friendly, the prices, self-described, are awesome and although we though hard about the $3.00 knock-off cologne and Western Wear, we ended up only buying Cigars, very cheaply we might add.
